I wanted to trade in a bass guitarist but was told that the neck could be bent or damaged. I received the guitar through a trade, and it was brand-new with wrap on the pick guard. I told the employee I didn’t like it and he refused to make any deal. He said that a mint guitar had been damaged and that I would no longer do business with this store. !!!!!!!!! !

This is my 2nd favorite store from the chain. Excellent selection of sheet music, especially heavy on Eastern European composers for the keyboard. I bought The Nutcracker and MacDowell pieces. It was a pleasant place to work, and the staff seemed to enjoy it. This is rare in my experience. Their guitar and bass selection is the only problem. Many of the guitars I bought had a lot of action and required lots of tuning. These guitars were also very expensive. The sheet music was still a steal. You pay a sticker. Some stores don’t honor this and charge more. Keep it up, guys!

He has helped me push my theory, knowledge and dedication to the guitar for years. He is a great professional and a great guy. Deb taught my daughter, aged 4, violin lessons for more than a year before she moved away from our area. Deb is an amazing musician, a great teacher, and a wonderful person. It was important for me that I introduced my daughter to music education in a positive way. Deb’s approach was both very efficient and stress-free. Deb was patient, creative, flexible, and always willing to help. My daughter loved her so much.
